Custom and personalized orders
* Custom order requests are welcomed!
* Tazi is also happy to personalize your order (e.g. change earring wires, adjust bracelet or necklace length, change clasp, etc.).
Sizing details
* Often bracelet, necklace and earring lengths can be adjusted. Just message Tazi if you have a special request.
Care instructions
* Cosmetics, hair spray, perfume, soap, and water can damage your jewelry. A good rule of thumb for any kind of jewelry is to put it on last and 30 minutes after applying your personal products.
* Storing your jewelry in the container provided is recommended.
Packaging
* Your order will be packaged for safe travel. Please unwrap carefully to avoid damage.
Shipping
* Unless otherwise requested, your jewelry will be shipped via Canada Post using Standard Postal Services.
* Customs requires that the outside of the package is labelled "Jewelry" with the approximate value.
* To receive a quote for expedited shipping and/or an estimated delivery timeframe for your location, please message me.
Returns
* I want you to be happy with your jewelry! If you're not, please message me within 3 days of its arrival and we will work out a solution.
Packaging
* A gift tag is enclosed with each item ordered.
* Receive your jewelry in a muslin pouch, organza bag or metallic pouch. Options are available in the listing's drop-down menu.
* Choose to gift your jewelry in an elegant, vinyl-covered metal case. This option is available at check out. Please message me your color of preference: Midnight Blue, Black, Silver, Ivory, Cherry Red, Electric Blue.
